Happy Independence Day, America! I felt like using the formal name of the holiday rather than just using 'The 4th of July'. I just feel so special. Yeah so today is America's..what..like 232nd Birthday? Please correct me if I am wrong. Man 232 years seems like a long time but really compared to countries like England or China..we are like so young of a country. America is like the baby of the world. Well, anyway, for those who do not know why American's celebrate the 4th of July, it is because on July 4th we seperated ourselves from the ruler's of England and became our own independent country. yeah its pretty neato when you think about it.
Sooo I feel so awkward blogging on a Friday seeing as I usually blog on Sundays. Its kinda hard to think that I used to blog like twice a week last number and now I only blog once a month. haha. What did I have to talk about during those many blogs I had? I might have to go back and read a few of them. rofl. I am a sucker for looking at things from the past (my past that is). Soo I am blogging today just because I don't think I will have much time to do it this weekend. I have a bunch of things to do.
So I was on Myspace yesterday and I found out that Malese Jow (some of you might remember her as Geena on Unfabulous and she was also in Bratz and an episode of Wizards of Waverly Place as Ruby Donahue) is going to be right here in Tulsa this weekend. I messaged her on Myspace (and yes I know it was her because it is her official myspace page) asking for the details and stuff because I wanted to know if she was going to be doing a meet and greet or something. And guess what! I actually got a reply back the very same day. She told me that she was going to be having a meet and greet at a pizza place on Monday at like 7:30. I really want to go. She would be the first famous person I have ever met if I was able to go. I took a screencap of her message ( CLICK HERE ) and if anyone is in the Oklahoma area on Monday and is going, I hope to be able to see you there! If I am able to go I'll be sure to get pictures and post them here.
And then theres Tuesday...*Sigh*..I will most likely be gone all of Tuesday because I will be in Oklahoma City at the Jonas Brothers concert. I am so frickin excited! The Jonas Brothers have teamed up with Chevy for the Burning Up tour and they are having poster contests for each show about going green and the winner gets to hang out with the Jonas Brothers before the show . I am most likely going to be making a poster for it. I am just planning it right now and then I'll probably go get the stuff I need either tomorrow or Sunday. I think I would start crying if I actually won. If you are attending one of the JB shows this summer be sure to check out Chevy/Jonas website on the Disney website for all the details on the contest.
I had an orthodontist appointment a few weeks ago and I found out that I am getting my top row of braces put on on July 29th! It turns out that when I had two teeth pulled in the 4th grade one of the teeth that i was suppost to get never came down and its still up in my mouth so the have to go and open up the gap I have with the braces and then after the gap is big enough they are going to attach this thing to the tooth and then to the braces to help pull down the tooth. eep. sounds kinda painful. But I am just glad that i am finally getting something done with my teeth.hehe.
So i finally got my grades. rofl. and to my very own surprise I passed all my classes with B's and A's. I am pretty proud. I seriously thought I had failed all my classes. But yeah! Now I am actually looking forward to this next school year.
Sooo. Now the serious stuff. On the 12th day of the 6th month (rofl. June 12th) at 2:00 in the bloody morning I was minding my own biznass getting ready for bed. When all of a sudden I had this really really sharp pain right below my boobs and above my stomach. I had a hard time standing straight . I went back in my room and laid down but it just made me feel even worse. I felt like I was literally dying. I'd never been in so much pain all at once. So then I somehow made my way downstairs and went into my mom's room and told her I was in pain and after about 15 minutes of me sitting there in pain shaking my mom told me she thought I might be having a gullblatter attack. I was in so much pain to really comprehend that so I asked my mom if I could just go to the Emergency Room and she was like okay. So she went and woke up my dad and we all went down to the hospital. It was like an hour and a half before I even saw a nurse. My mom was afraid they were going to do some tests that weren't needed on me so she asked me if I was still in so much pain and I told her that a lot of the pain had gone away but I still felt bad. So my mom checked me out of the ER and we went home. By this time it was 4:00 in the morning. I slept for somewhere around 2 hours and woke up sometime between 6:00 and 7:00 and threwup all over my bed (gross!). I went back to sleep at 8-ish and woke up at 2:00 PM. I went downstairs and was talking to my mom about it. She thinks that i may have just been really bloated because I ate dinner late that night.. sooo idk. but it was an insane night.
then just over two weeks ago my uncle passed away. He had been sick for a really long time with brain cancer and had been going through a lot of treatments but none really seemed to be working. He'd been in Germany at a cancer treatment facility the past weeks before and had come home. My dad and some of my uncles friends decided to put him in a end of life center on June 23rd and he had only been there a few days when he did that Thursday. I've been told he left us very peacfully so I am really glad that he didn't die in pain or anything. We're holding a memorial service for him July 26th in Joplin,Missouri. I really miss him..
ummm.I thinks thats enough for one blog.hehe. My life is usually not so complicated. I don't know whats happened with my dull boring life. Ohh I almost forgot ..I have basically redone all of the icon pages this week because the were getting too crowded. I am also going to be adding a bunch of new icons today so watch out for the mega update!
Oh my good God! Can it be?? After like a month of no sightings of Angela, she returns! I know...I'm just as surprised as you are.haha. I'm sorry I've been neglecting IT.net. I've been shall we say occupied with other things. Actually I've got a lot to talk about today sooo fasten your seatbelts and HOLD ON tight!...*sings* Its a rollarcoaster ride we're on so say goodbye cause you won't be back again..Up and down you're all around..say goodnight and goodbye!! . haha sorry for that crazy moment I just had. No more sugar and Jonas Brothers music for me.
Soo shall we return to the back in the month of May. Lets see ...I got a good grade on the poster I did with my BFF for New Testament. I don't remember the exact percentage but it was good. I needed a good grade on it because I totally FAILED my New Testament Final. I swear! It was the hardest final I took of them all. I totally just guessed on like every question. haha. The first part was like identifying where certain quotes came from in the bible. The other half was answering questions about the things we actually read about in the bible. haha. I'm glad it was multiple choice though so it wasn't like I had to create my own answer.I should have just put C for all of them.
My other finals were ..ugh. yeah I can't even explain what was going on with those. On my biology I totally put I DO NOT KNOW on like 4 questions. I truthfully had no idea what the answers were so yeah. I probably bombed on that one too. My Intro. to Composition final was easy peezy! I had an A in the class the entire year so I wasn't surprised that i found it so easy. It was the kind of test where you have to choose which sentences are correct and which aren't and then the other half was like questions on the book we had just finished about the holocaust and WW2. Um..I didn't really have to take an algebra final but I had to go in and do some follow ups because I didn't do so well on some of the sections but that only took like 30 minutes and then i just sat there and read Twilight for the rest of the time that was setup for the follow ups. My US History final was sooo easy! My teacher had us go through all of our old tests and write down the questions that had to do with certain terms and topics during the 2 weeks before out final and I truely think that did the trick for me. It was as if I had a little elf sitting on my shoulder through the test telling me the answers. I recognized most of the answers and questions from past tests. German was shall we say a blur. I honestly don't remember taking it. So I can't really elaborate on what was on that. But we had just been learning about the Dative Case so thats what was on it. But I kinda suck because I haven't gotten my grades yet (not that i really want to get them.hehe) because I haven't been able to turn in all of my required service hours for the year. I've done them i just need to get some papers signed.hehe.
The week of finals I didn't have internet at all, which seriously sucked! There was something wrong with the connection through the router. but we finally got it fixed because we called AT&T and this guy took us through all the steps over the phone on how to resetup all the crap. It took forever. But as you can see , my internet is all back and good. I didn't have internet earlier this week either. Tulsa had some majorly freaky storms this past weekend and my power went out Sunday morning. The people whos backyard is on the other side of mine had a tree and it fell on top of the fence between our yards and then the electrical pole thingy snapped in 2 and all the power lines came down. It wasn't until Tuesday night that they even began on my streets power. We got power back Wednesday afternoon. It was sooo hot outside those days. I couldn't bare it any longer! soo yeah. That was this past week.
ONE FRICKIN MONTH PEOPLE! Yes thats right! Jonas Brothers! I am soo excited! I can't believe I only have to wait another month! And to help make this the best concert ever...I need you guys' help with something. me and one of my close friends had the idea to start a petition to get the fabulous Nick Jonas to rap an awesome rap that he used to perform all the time but stopped for some odd and unknown reason. We have 200 signatures at the moment but we are aiming for somewhere between 500 and 1000. Thats a lot to get in one month. Thats why I need you to help! I really and honestly don't care if you aren't a fan or if you hate them I just need you to take a second and sign the petition and make me a very happy camper. Geeez Loueeez! I am sooo behind on blogs. haha. I totally meant to write one last sunday but I never got around to doing it. So this will have to do. As you can see, a new layout (well its kinda a week old but whatever) has been put up. It took me literally forever to get up because I figured out that photobucket was resized my background so it never was the actual size to fit the layout image. Then i had to upload it onto my own server. Then code it and then put it actually up. I suppose thats what i get for procrastinating, right? Most likely. But I am already working on the next one (which I will have up by the middle of June) so i won't have this problem again. Soo give me some feedback. I found this picture of Italy on Deviantart and was like "I MUST USE THIS!". The image was already blurred on the edges so I added some effects and text to it. I've kinda had a italy fetish lately. I mean Italy is like the perfect country! forreealz
So today is Mother's Day( well atleast here in the USA..not sure about other countries). I don't know if my family has anything planned yet. We just got back from church about an hour ago .soo yup. we might be going out for dinner or something but i don't know. what are you doing for Mother's Day? hmm. what am i doing today? well I am working on a poster for my New Testament class. I've already got all the stuff I need I just need to put it all on the poster. That should only take like an hour. But I don't want to save it for later so I should probably get on it after I do this. my friend and i are doing a poster over the book of Ephesians in the new testament (thats in the bible,for your information). She typed up all our points and since I am the creative one between the two of us, I am doing the poster. I am excited. i get really excited over projects. I'm a really hands-on person soo this will be like sooo much fun for me. But I hate presenting projects...I'm not a good public speaker soo its like hell for me.wish me luck with that.
Soo I have had Tight Rope by Leon Russell stuck in my head for like the past week. ITS INSANE! I feel sooo old because I actually know who leon russell is and like his music. and the worst part is that leon russell creeps me out sooo much. Like i don't know what it is about him that does the trick but I just feel like he is one of those guys that will jump out and rape little kids or something scary like that. But I love his music. and here is a little funfact that you can share with all your friends and relatives: leon russell is from oklahoma, which is where I am currently residing. yeah i am soo full of random facts that no one else really needs to know.
Soo finals start this week and go into next week. I am kinda nervous but kinda not. i mean i am pretty strong in a lot of my classes so its not like I need to cram for them the night before. and plus in most of my classes we are reviewing like crazy people. But I always think I am going to do really well on a test but I freak out when I take it and do poorly. I have like test taking fright. Like stage fright I guess. anyway, wish me luck on those finals. I'll probably need it.

Have you ever been sooo close and so trusting in someone that you actually feel somewhat afraid of them? Like they could just disappear in a blink of an eye so you wish you could just get away from them. I swear..this might have been the busiest day I have had all month. This morning I got up at around 7:30-ish and went to sunday school (I actually haven't been since before spring break.hehe. But now I am holy again so yeah.lol) then I went to church at 10. Went home and ate lunch. Then at around 2 I went to one of my classmates house to meet some other people to work on a stupid English project on the book Uglies by Scott Westerfeld and we did that until 5-ish. Then I went back home for about 15 minutes. Then me and my mom went to QuickTrip to buy some pop (we got class Coke, Vanilla Coke, Sierra Mist, and Dr.Pepper). Then we both went down to my church for a youth group meeting. We watched National Treasure and ate pizza. We left at around 9. Then I had to go to Reasor's Grocery Store and buy some hygene products (toothbrush,toothpaste, and face wash...oh and a bottle of Fuze). And I just got home a few minutes ago. phewww ...am I pooped! I should really be preping to go to bed right this minute but instead I am sitting here on my bed at my laptop typing this blog about my life. I know...oh so very exciting isn't it? Radical
gosh....I was just about to type something...but then I kinda just forgot everything. Dangggit. I hate it when that happens.
Ohh yeah. So I have a new favorite word. Its Radical! I know its such an 80's sounding word but I just love saying it. Like in the past week I have applied to just about all the grammar rules and lessons.Verbs, Nouns, Adjectives, Adverbs, Direct Objects. You get the picture. And most of the time I don't even know what it would mean in those types of sentences.haha. But I have started to overuse it in like every day chit chat so people will probably start coming at me with pitchforks and all the fixings to remove the word from my memory. That would be the radical of my life.
So less than a month until Summer! How radical is that? Of course I am not going anywhere this summer (just like most summers in the past). I just can't wait until i have 3 entire months to sleep in and relax and do nothing of importance all day. No school. No BIOLOGY. No scary teachers you are afraid will jump out and rape you at any second! ohh and plus I've got tickets to see the Jonas Brothers in July which will totally make this summer better than last summer. But at the same time I am quite sad to see such an awesome freshman year come to a close. 3 years until graduation. Scary. Not radical.
Okay I am probably the laziest webmistress ever! I have like 20 icons made on my computer and I still haven't added them yet and I need to code the new layout (which i really really hope to have up by Friday). Ugh! So let me just start with my title. No, I am in noway sick or ill or anything. I am just really tired of having to deal with some people. Have you ever just been soooo annoyed with someone but don't say anything because you're just too nice? Thats where I am at this point. There are a couple of people I know and I guess we're friends but they are just sooo obnoxious and rude. All they ever do is bitch about things and well I am tired of it. And I am like too nice so I don't want to be like 'Get Lost' or anything like it.Its just frustrating. And I know am not the only one who feels the same way. They are just as annoyed as I am. But I guess we'll figure out something together. I just hope all this ends soon.
Hmm.Remember last time's blog? Yes? good. Now switch gears onto my little paragraph on the Jonas brothers. If you remember correctly, you'd know that I was praying and praying and praying for tickets to see them in July. haha. Well Guess whats! I GOT THEM! Indeed. I didn't get the best seats though. They are 1st level (right above the floor) kinda off center (more on the side than center) on the right. Thats kevin's side! I wanted Nick's side but that didn't happen. but still. Getting to be there will be the most amazing thing ever with or without awesome seats. I am very excited! Its on July 8th so I should start doing my countdown at the beginning of May. Hehe. i bet ya'll are excited for that. I know I am!
So since last time I have grown close to some new obsessions/growing obsessions. 01.Skins So, even thought I am not able to watch this amazing television program, I have found ways to enjoy it with out the hassle of traveling to the UK, breaking into some old bloats home, and watching it. I consider it the best invention right next to sliced bread. Yes, indeed, I am referring to the greatest website ever. Youtube!. Recently youtube banned Skins from being uploaded so many americans were dissapointed. But never underestimate the cleaverness of a skins fan. hehe. Disguise can help loads. So I have gone back to watching the episodes on youtube and bawling my eyes out at the idea of Chris DYING!! Let it not be!
02. My Chemical Romance I've been experimenting with music recently, so I decided to try on My Chemical Romance for fun. and lets just say It ended up fitting me perfectly. I absolutely love their music. I bought The Black Parade. Their music just is my kind of music. I had always thought they were a little weird but now I have seen the light. My favorite songs are Cancer&Mama. if you haven't started listening to them, you should. Unless you're like one of those pop loving divas that is obsessed with HSM and Miley Cyrus! It might frighten you.
03.Gum It has come to my attention that I almost always have a piece of gum in my mouth except for when I am sleeping and when I eat. Kinda scary. I just love gum. And I don't even really know why.hehe. Maybe it is because it keeps the hunger pains away when I haven't eaten for a day? Ya thats it. I don't think this is an addiction that I will be able to give up very easily.hehe. Too much pain involved.lol
I suppose thats it for now. I am a very uneventful person, so this little might need to be expected. New Layout? soon hopefully.
